Risk Management

Risk Management identifies all risks facing Ludlow Street Healthcare Group as an organisation and focuses on identifying and managing those risks in all areas of our work.

Information on risk is collated by:

  • Clinical Risk Assessments
  • Incident Reporting
  • Accident Monitoring
  • Health and Safety Audits
  • Critical Incident Analysis
  • Whistle Blowing Policy

Information is analysed and reviewed by the Clinical Governance Committee who identify the necessary risk management actions and recommendations. Risk Management strategies are reviewed at an agreed period to monitor effectiveness.
